Hewlett Packard has started selling the xw9400 Workstation PC powered by Advanced Micro Devices. This machine is specially built for creative professionals and designers. Some of the most useful features of this Shanghai Based Workstation offers video editing, creation of digital entertainment and computer-aided design.

Other features include

• Nvidia nForce Professional 3600 or 3050 chipset
• 32 GB of memory
• 5 internal hard drive bays
• 7 PCI, PCI-X and PCIe slots
• 8 USB 2.0 ports

This Shanghai based AMD Workstation will be the first AMD’s product using an advanced 45-nanometer semiconductor fabrication process. It will deliver high performance while using less power compared to previous generations of chips. The xw9400 will be available with both Windows XP Professional and Vista and of course Linux 4. Pricing starts at $2,399 and runs as high as $6,299.
