For those who are increasingly becoming eco-conscious there are a number of different areas in which they are trying to leave a smaller eco-footprint.  One great new product that has been discovered is the Dubike Folding Bicycle.  This bicycle is foldable and portable so that the rider can take the bike anywhere.  This bike is a great option for those individuals who are living in the city,  have little storage room and want a bike to ride for enjoyment but do not have the storage options that those who are living in a house or townhouse.

This bicycle offers a simple way to fold and unfold and is quite quick and easy to use when needed.  Some other great features are that it can be easily stored in the trunk of a car when folded so it is idea for those who like to ride while traveling as well.   The bicycle also offers shock absorbers that are to promote the rider’s comfort.  While the comfort of the rider is not compromised in order to make the bike portable, there are some things that the bike might not offer and therefore it would not be the idea bike for an avid rider or for someone who wanted to ride on a daily basis.

Some other advantages of the Dubike are that the design allows for there to be silent riding so the rider is not going to hear he/she riding as they might with other bikes.  The Dubike is not currently available on the market and is still in the design stages as the developers are hoping to be able to work out all of the kinks while in this process. All in all the Dubike would be a great option for those who would like a bicycle but do not currently have the space or accommodations to keep a traditional bike.
